About The Author

Cheryl Torain is a widow with two adult daughters residing in Baltimore, Md. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in 1972. She attends Genesis Bible Fellowship Church where she is the Women's Ministry Director. She is a national and international speaker who has been teaching women for over 25 years and is sought out for conferences and retreats. She is also a recording artist with 3 CD projects. Her first book Color Me a Woman of God was produced in April, 2008. In March, 2008, she became a speaker with Ruth Graham & Friends. Her life Scripture is II Corinthians 5:9 "Therefore I make it my aim whether present or absent to be well pleasing to Him."
