About The Author

Noel Holdsworth is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist, who has her doctorate in natural health and is a certified trauma specialist. She has worked in disaster response, critical care and specializes in the healing of sexual, emotional and physical abuse. noel does not adhere to either the cup being "half full or half empty" but believes everyone deserves a full glass; the fuller the glass the more one has to give. noel is an advocate for "mind, body, spirit" modalites and created eloise and jake to fill that cup with effortless joy. she and her husband (rich) designed e j healers, to be in the business of hope.
