About The Author
Sjoukje Kay, the author, follows in the footsteps of her father, her first yoga teacher. Sjoukje is a yoga teacher in New York City where she teaches at the LadyBird Center and at Integral Yoga Institute. Ariela Vita, the illustrator, is the daughter of the author. She attends school and continues to paint in watercolor and oil.
