What Does It Take to Make a Great Post Player? “Basketball is a game of luck, and it is bad luck when you don’t have a good post man.” Good big men can dominate the inside and score easily from the low post position. This book is a complete guide to offensive and defensive play inside the paint. Whether the reader is a post player, parent of a player, or a coach, Power Post Play is one basketball book they will all want to use again and again. Each chapter leads the player in building his inside game, step by step. Power Post Play helps a big man develop inside scoring moves, attack opponents and get them in foul trouble, and rebound aggressively. Special chapters on “Picking a College” and “Conditioning like a Pro” make it unique and appealing to all basketball players and coaches. This 156 page book offers photos and diagrams that visually aid readers as they discover the secret to inside scoring. Whether someone wants to become a great post player or develop a great post player, this is the book for them.
