This book is a brilliant and objective look into what is really happening around the world with LDS missionary work. David Stewart is scholarly and thorough and his observations are not for the faint of faith. He does not put the Church on trial, nor it's doctrine, but pushes every pre-missionary who reads it to reconsider the import of their assignment and the methods they should employ. It is our stewardship he debates. By the end of the book a much clearer vision of the reality of the LDS missionary program is exposed. Nothing like this has been doen for the Church before. Highly recommended for any member of the Church serious about spreading the Gospel.
