Just like the folktale by the same name, where the crocodile plots, lies and schemes to eat the little monkey and the little monkey plots, lies an schemes to save himself, Ronni does the same to David. After falling for the game, he falls in love. Neither of them saw it coming. This is a romance that is fueled by love, lusts, lies and deceit.

Customer Reviews
 | Theresa Mann from Grovetown , GA | | | I enjoyed this book very much. This is exactly the way men and women act in relationships. I admired the fact that the main character was a woman of color that had power, prestige and money. I liked the way she described each of the three relationships she had. I could see each of these men very clearly. I loved the ending! I look forweard to the next book, Darby! |
