William Carter doesn’t like what he sees –especially when he opens his eyes Cornea surgery restored William Carters vision. Replacing his eyes with those of a stranger he will never know. Now everyday his vision grows clearer as his eyes heal at a remarkable almost superhuman rate that no one can explain. But even more astonishing than the fact the fact that he can see is what he can see. Will Carter sees things –things that no one else can see. Dark and horrible things. Now as the city plummets into chaos, William Carter must struggle with dark dreams and visions. Images that may hold the cryptic answers to the truth behind the insanity running rampant in lower Manhattan and the identity of a psychopathic serial killer prowling the streets of the city. But each dream pulls him deeper and deeper into the darkness into a realm beyond the limits of logic and reason-a world where insanity waits in every shadow and death lies down every alleyway. A world that Will Carters new eyes now allow him to see - even when his eyes are shut. Whether he wants to or not.
