Dangerous Conversations is the 1st of a series of books written by the author Pamela. T. Murphy. The story touches on all phases of relationship issues, from friendship, jealousy, infidelity, deceit, dedication, love, hate and the effects of life and death. It shows how there is a thin line between love and hate and how obsession is confused with love. Without words there is no beginning and no ending. The need to converse, to express ones self is just as necessary for survival as food and water. For Paula Jackson it becomes so extreme that she looses herself in her thoughts and in the lives of others. The second in this series is The Thrill is Gone, which is a continuation of Dangerous Conversations. Paula discovers the secrets behind the actions of Alex and is forced for the first time in her life to decide what force controls love, her heart or her mind. The story continues to unveil as each book reveals more about the characters as their need for acceptance and love overwhelms their lives and for a few cause a spiral whirlwind of a downward fall until they hit a point in their lives where The Thrill Is Gone.

About The Author

The Author of Dangerous Conversations, Pamela Murphy, age 36, was born in a small city near Memphis, TN. She grew up and was raised in a city about 80 miles west of Chicago, IL. Currently, she resides in the state of IL with her family and aside from writing she is also the owner of a Real Estate Brokerage Company. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as well as an Author. Growing up she had a great love for written expression and began writing Poetry at the age of 12. In order to express herself and her views of the world Pamela began to write about the behavior of those around her, the rights and wrongs of the people in her life and how their issues affected her. Her ability to both sympathize and empathize created relationships that lasted for years. In 1997 she was invited to attend a Poetry contest in Washington D.C. and became a member of The International Society of Poets. She has had several poems published throughout the years in different books of poetry compiled by various authors. She began her own publishing company, PFTH (Poetry from the Heart) Publishing and self-published her first novel Dangerous Conversations. This is the first of a series of books with the next novel The Thrill Is Gone to be released in the near future.

Reviews

A thought provoking and intriguing novel that reveals just how potent words are and I can't wait for the second book to see what happens next. Latoya White, age 28 An easy read and makes you think about everyday conversations, looking forward to more from this newcomer and she must keep Paula in all of her sequels. Virginia Givens, age 42
