About The Author

Hasani K. Bakari is one of the youngest real estate brokers in Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College where he studied Architectural Technology. He is the developer and co-owner of Myriad Investments, LLC and Myriad Home Inspections, LLC. Hasani is an owner of multiple residential investment properties. He is also a disaster inspector independently contracted to FEMA where he contributed to relief efforts for Hurricanes Rita, Wilma, and Katrina. Real Estate is what he knows! It is his passion. What has made his success is his personal commitment to excel past his own ambitions. It is that same commitment of excellence that drives his professionalism, dedication, and devotion to his career. He resides in Philadelphia with his family

I purchased this book and highly recommend it! The author has experience as a real estate agent/investor. It has valuable information for anyone who owns a home already or is contemplating purchasing their first property. For instance, the author provides step-by-step instructions on how to repair/improve your credit score. There is even a form letter when writing to creditors.
