A step by step guide for labor and management advocates who present labor arbitrations. Starting with case investigation, the book teaches you to analyze, prepare, evaluate, present, and argue your case. Specific chapters focus on interpreting and analyzing contract language, choosing the arbitrator, writing a brief, and ancillary litigation. A special chapter is devoted to interest arbitration. This book can improve the skills of both new advocates and experienced lawyers.

Reviews
When I once gave a favorite uncle, an avid fisherman, a copy of Isaac Walton's classic, The Compleat Angler, he responded, "This is very nice but frankly I'd rather know what the fish think!" Here, for all advocates in arbitration, are the views of one of the biggest fish around. Norm Brand's book has become a classic in showing you, step by step, how to choose your bait and haul in the prize. If you don't win after mastering Brand's techniques, it's your client's fault, not yours.
-- Theodore J. St. Antoine, Past President, National Academy of Arbitrators
