The Last Von Ritz "Brothers of Death and Destruction" is a historical fictional novel that traces the Von Ritz family from the 1400's until the 1950,s. The main character is Meinhard Von Ritz who changed his name to Mario Ruiz during WW1 and moved to the Island of Puerto Rico seeking fame and fortune. Mario does well for amny years until his plantation and dairy farm is destroyed by a category 5 hurricane (San Ciprian) in 1932.


About The Author

Efrain "Frank" Ruiz, retired as Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army in 2005. He served numerous assigments word wide and received numerous military awards and decorations. Participated in Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1991. Born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico from humble origins. Has a BS in Biology from University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez.
