There seems to be very little material out there on "Leadership in Volunteer Groups." The title fits the need.

Bynum and Robert, hit the nail on the head when they address the different types of leaders and how it is important to mix the different types within a leadership team.

Unlike a business leadership team, a volunteer organization is going through perpetual change. The information provided by Mr. Tuttle and Mr. Tretter help give leaders and understanding as to how to make a volunteer organization work effectively.
