About The Author

gay morse grew up in texas, and was a swimmer and musician. after getting her music degree from university of texas, austin, she took a scuba diving course, and fell in love with it. after teaching scuba in texas, she moved to cayman in 1985 to teach diving in the caribbean. the cayman islands have now been home for 20 years. after working on grand cayman, she realized she liked to cater to people better. she moved to little cayman, to a small 10 room resort, where she has found what she was looking for...... a small resort, where the guests feel like they are coming to see a family. www.piratespointresort.com after telling these funny stories , over and over, on the dive boat, and being told I should write a book. I finally did.

" tourist and dive stories that are jaw dropping funny, perfect vacation read." "will keep you amused from cover to cover" DEMA show travel weekly " a category by itself, tankful of laugh-out-loud anecdotes, funny tourist questions (does the water go all around the island?). non divers too, will be entertained and amused. the caymanian compass " high comedy, rein's in the reader throughout the book, hilarious, laugh a minute, kooky clientele, gobbled up in one night, refreshing".
