About The Author
From the beginning, dogs have been a part of Louise Olson Krause's family. Born in Michigan, raised in Indiana, married Robert, former airman and moved east to New Jersey. Two sons joined the family and soon after there was the sounds of a barking dog protecitng the children. This book started with the donations of memorial cards to handlers who lost their partner. Memorials to these heroes became a website, www.k9memorialcards.com, which became this book. "Lulu" as lived in 'Cape May, NJ for many years with Bob and they have two dogs as part of the family.
