At an early age Faith, experiences racism, a debatable rape, molestation, and controversy surrounding the death of her father. Running from a troubled life, Faith tells herself that she hates all men. She buries herself in school and basketball, the perfect places to escape having a relationship with a man. Nevertheless, her heart wants love and affection, but her anger leaves her in misery. Travel through the journal of Faith Clarke, a young coming of age black girl in the late 1950s and 1960s. Step into a life filled with dark secrets, and a love that crosses the bounds of time. Robinson worked full time, raised her kids, and completed her associate degree in Behavioral Science.
