About The Author
The McDonalds live in Saint Louis, Missouri. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Together they enjoy family, gardening, outdoor activities, and entertaining.
These shared interests, Ted's passion for golf and sports, and Mary Ann's devotion to the important elements that make a party special all contributed to the creation of the Lawn-Golf game and the party that surrounds it. The book is the culmination of their giving the Lawn-Golf party over the years in ever evolving form.
Ted has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and publishes his mutual fund trading strategies daily on the internet. In the past, Ted has written clues for city-wide treasure hunts published by The Wichita Eagle and Beacon newspaper.
Mary Ann, a graduate of Smith College, has a background in public relations and event promotion and personal color consulting for wardrobe and decorating. She has a graduate certificate in Spirituality from Aquinas Institute of Theology. She currently works with Ted writing and assisting in internet marketing.
